One of my posts in the past was about a great hamburger shop in Victor, Idaho. The Brakeman is still a wonderful place to eat, if you're ever in that part of the country, but another is the Everest Momo Shack.
The Everest Momo Shack is owned and operated by Sange and Rita Sherpa, two of the nicest people you'll ever meet. In fact, the first time I was at the Momo Shack Sange came to my table and we talked like we had been friends for years.
The Everest Momo Shack is a small cafe that offers Himalayan and Nepalese food. Many of the items are common to indian restaurants but some of the item less so. My favorite item to order are the Bison Momo dumplings. They are simply amazing! Here's how they describe them: "Typical Nepali & Tibetan steamed dumplins served with homemade tomatoes and roasted sesame seed sauce."
The Everest Momo Shack also has reviews on Trip Advisor, Yelp, and Facebook. It is a wonderful cozy cafe with friendly people and excellent food in a great place for tenkara. Here is their menu.
If you're ever in Victor make sure you eat at the Shack! You won't regret it!

We have a neat little Nepalese place near our house. It's a great fusion of indian and chinese, to my tastebuds.
