... as we know it, because I just signed up for a Facebook account. Yes, me. I have said for years that I would not join Facebook, but it seems that I just did.
To be honest, I did have an joint FB account with my wife for a while, but I rarely looked at it and even more rarely posted. But I decided that I wanted to be able to contribute to a few FB groups and so I needed my own account. Thus, I signed up.
I don't fully get how FB works but I do know that "Friends" are involved. I'm not sure I'm going to go the friend route, rather, I think I'll just contribute to FB groups, like the Appalachian Tenkara Anglers, a group I've followed for a while.
So don't be offended if you send me a friend request and I don't do anything with it. It's not personal. Just roll your eyes, call me an old codger and humor me. See you on the dark side.

ReplyDeleteI signed up once, then all these 'long lost relatives' wanted me to be their 'friend'. I deleted my account very quickly!!!
I'm on there too but I have everything turned off concerning the requests and all my photos are for me only unless I intentionally post something in the tenkara groups and tenkara trading post.
